Distance healings have the same potency and depth as in-person sessions. At the appointed time, we meet via Skype or telephone and begin the session with a brief chat to pinpoint the specific areas of focus that you are interested in.
During the healing, we keep the Skype/phone connection active so that I can guide you with my voice and give you feedback about the process you are undergoing. I request that you create a nurturing space for yourself where you won't be disturbed so that you can powerfully relax into the healing session. You can be sitting or lying down and it's important that you are comfortable.
After the healing, we reflect on what happened, and give you time to ask any questions you might have. If appropriate, I will suggest meditations or exercises to help you anchor the healing over the next days, weeks, and months.
